Principales corrections dans Viewtools. Tous avaient à faire avec les différentes méthodes dans lequel l'attribut pertinene pourraient être utilisés. pgsqlCrud a été refait.

En Builder, il est maintenant possible de télécharger un fichier à importer. Dans Portal, l'ordre des attributs dans les formulaires est maintenant respecté et iframe "clignotant" lors de l'affichage pertinence a été fixée.
