A problem in which key-mon was taking 100% of the CPU in the on idle event was fixed. A small amount of sleep was added so that it gets called less frequently.

This release fixed problems with the -l and -s command line options, Python 2.5 compatibility was fixed, listing themes with --list-themes, installing all themes, tolerance with --theme=bob, and an annoying error message caused by opt-parse. A --reset command line option was added for forcing everything back to defaults.
