Un crash lors de TMSes aide a été fixée. Un correctif pour les accidents probables de contrôle à distance a été inclus. Une collision avec - ignore-preferencesment a été fixé. "=" Est maintenant utilisé à la place de "est" dans la boîte de dialogue de sélection. Le programme ne se sauve au niveau local pour le registre et ne crée pas de ~ /. Merkaartor en mode portable. UTF8 dans les domaines GDAL est maintenant géré.

Minor bugfixes
A crash when using TMSes was fixed. A probable fix for remote control crashes was included. A crash with --ignore-preferencesment was fixed. "=" is now used instead of "is" in the selection dialog. The program no longer saves locally to the registry and does not create ~/.merkaartor in portable mode. UTF8 in GDAL fields is now handled.
Un plugin Cadastre français, un plugin Bing Maps, et un fond raster GDAL plugin ont été ajoutés. Le programme peut maintenant imprimer et exporter au format PDF, formats raster, et SVG. Un système de filtre a été ajouté. L'image de fond peut maintenant être aligné en tenant la barre d'espace et de panoramique.

Major feature enhancements
A French Cadastre plugin, a Bing Maps plugin, and a GDAL raster background plugin were added. The program can now print and export to PDF, raster formats, and SVG. A filter system was added. The background image may now be aligned by holding the space bar and panning.
Cette version vous permet de déplacer des relations complètes. Il corrige un problème avec le premier long métrage ne pas être exportés OSM, ainsi que dans le WMS EPSG: 4326 ne montre pas. Il ne sera pas Overzoom sur la couche de zoom (et ne pas permettre, si la bbox est nulle), la fixation bug # 3046. Il ajoute un "portable" mode merkaartor via la ligne de commande ("-p") ou de construire de réglage ("PORTABLE = 1").

This release allows you to move complete relations. It fixes an issue with the first feature not being OSM exported, as well as WMSs in EPSG:4326 not showing.
It will not overzoom on layer zoom (and not allow if the bbox is null), fixing bug #3046. It adds a "portable" mode to merkaartor via the command line ("-p") or build setting ("PORTABLE=1").
Cette version ajoute la possibilité d'afficher une grille de latitude / longitude, support pour les serveurs WMS-C, le soutien à "des serveurs standard de TMS", un éditeur de projection, amélioré les relations de soutien, géo-tagging des photos à l'intérieur merkaartor, l'amélioration du soutien SHP, le soutien aux JOSM protocole distant sur le port 8111, et la simplification des façons. Il vous permet de tuiles (et cache) s'enrichiront arbitraire, permet des cartes Google et d'autres liens en GOTO et de télécharger des dialogues, et a quelques réglages et de nombreux petits changements.

This release adds the ability to show a lat/lon grid, support for WMS-C servers, support for "standard" TMS servers, a projection editor, Enhanced Relations support, Geo-tagging of photos inside Merkaartor, improved SHP support, support for JOSM remote protocol on port 8111, and simplification of ways. It allows you to tile (and cache) arbitrary WMSs, allows Google maps links and others in goto and download dialogs, and has many tweaks and little changes.
