Plusieurs problèmes avec les noms de fichiers non-ASCII, les noms de répertoires, et les noms de couche ont été fixés, ainsi qu'un certain nombre d'autres problèmes mineurs. This is a bugfix release without any new features. Several problems with non-ASCII file names, directory names, and layer names have been
fixed, as well as a number of other minor issues. Integration with the Windows platform has been improved.
