The Custom Feed API was greatly revamped. RSS/Atom
auto-discovery was added for the core aggregator.
Fifteen plugins were added, including SVN log
custom feed, Planet subscription, Ping Server
subscription, Takahashi.XUL publisher, Entry Full
Text fetching framework, and URLBL filter.
