Major feature enhancements
This release contains a large number of bugfixes
(including fixes for a few crash bugs and for serious
problems with fullscreen support). A number of new
features has been added as well: tables, scaling of pll-
embedded content (like LaTeX or Metapost), and pll-to-
tgz packing, etc. It no longer keeps Python embedded but
has become a plain Python extension. It also uses far less
memory and fewer CPU cycles.
Cette version est principalement une correction de bugs et de nettoyage de sortie, mais quelques nouvelles fonctionnalités ont aussi été ajoutés. Pointless supporte maintenant les images de fond clair (non étirée ou en mosaïque) et des images avec une position fixe. Personnalisation de soutien a été ajouté à certaines commandes PLL. Quant à la portabilité des inutiles, le port Mac OS semble fonctionner sans problème maintenant. En outre, la variante de SDL inutile a été mis à jour afin de refléter la plupart des caractéristiques de la variante X11.

Minor feature enhancements
This release is mainly a bugfix and clean-up release, but a few new features have also been added. Pointless now supports plain background images (not stretched or tiled) and images with a fixed position. Customization support has been added to some pll commands. As to the portability of pointless, the Mac OS port appears to work smoothly by now. Moreover, the SDL variant of pointless has been updated to reflect most of the features in the X11 variant.

Pour les installations avec l'appui XVidMode X11, il ya un soutien pour la sélection de résolution (interactive ainsi que sur la ligne de commande). La langue Pll a maintenant l'appui pour les arrière-extensibles et à carreler. En outre, il est l'appui pour l'inclusion de MetaPost, gnuplot, et le code source. Enfin, pas mal de petits bugs ont été corrigés.

This release introduces full-screen support (interactive as well as on the commandline). For X11 installations with XVidMode support, there is support for resolution selection (interactive as well as on the commandline). The Pll language now has support for stretchable and tileable backgrounds. Moreover, there is support for inclusion of metapost, gnuplot, and source code. Finally, quite a few bugs have been fixed.
