Mail::SpamAssassin::SpamCopURI is a plugin to
Mail::SpamAssassin. It consults the list of
spamvertised sites on www.spamcop.net and provides rules to allow scoring of blacklisted URLs.

Major feature enhancements
Support for multi.surbl.org and bitmasked results was
added. Query results are now cached on a
per-message basis to prevent additional lookups. A
max URL configuration parameter was added to limit
the number of URLs checked in an email. Numerous
config cleanups were made.
