Tag Manager is a library and a set of utility
programs to help IDE developers implement features
such as code completion, calltips, source
browsing, etc. It is based on ctags but overcomes
a few of its limitations, such as availability as
a clean set of library function calls, ability to
show argument list for functions and macros, etc.
