Zsh is a UNIX command interpreter (shell) which of the standard shells most resembles the Korn shell (ksh). It includes enhancements of many types, notably in the command-line editor, options for customising its behaviour, filename globbing, features to make C-shell (csh) users feel more at home and extra features drawn from tcsh.

If you were waiting for 5.0.1, you haven't missed it. A significant bug turned up at the last minute, so it wasn't announced, and 5.0.2 replaces it.

Il s'agit d'une version corrigeant des problèmes. Il corrige un problème de 4.3.15 qui a causé la table de hachage de commande de prendre beaucoup de temps à construire sur les systèmes de commandes stockées sur le réseau. 4.3.16 n'était pas largement annoncé, et toute mise à niveau devrait aller à 4.3.17.

This is a bugfix release. It fixes a problem in 4.3.15 which caused the command hash table to take a long time to build on systems with commands stored on the network. 4.3.16 was not widely announced, and anyone upgrading should go straight to 4.3.17.
