PeaZip 8.6.0 is ready for download!
Release 8.6.0 comes with new themes and improved, easier to customize UI layout, fit for matching the different visual styles of modern versions of all supported systems (Linux, Windows, macOS).
Under the hood, it is now possible to use custom compression pre-sets (either built-in or user defined) from command line and scripts, and to set immediate execution for custom compression pre-sets.
Updated backends: Pea 1.07, and (Linux) Zstd 1.5.2.
A total of 226 file extensions can now be managed by PeaZip.

Built-in archive conversion: convert or consolidate existing archives, from any read-supported to any write-supported type, e.g .rar to .zip or .7z conversion; repair FreeArc .arc archive format.
The program provides strong encryption with optional two factor authentication (encrypt with password and keyfile), encrypted password manager, random password / keyfile generation, secure data deletion (files, folders, free disk space), hashing and checksum functions.
Released as LGPLv3 software for GNU/Linux, Darwin / macOS and BSD, Microsoft Windows (32 and 64 bit), ReactOS and Wine.
