The idea behind dvbd is to make maximum use of
your DVB card by allowing multiple channels on the
same frequency to be tuned. It is split into a
daemon (dvbd) and client programs (dvbcat,
dvbsched, and dvblist). It is possible to
associate a priority with a connection to the
daemon, so that (depending on the given priority)
the tuner can be made available by dropping
connections of inferior priority. DVB-T, DVB-S,
and DVB-C are supported. Conditional Access
Modules (CAMs) are not yet supported.

MightyCal is a powerful calendar/schedule building program which aims to be the MS Access of the Web calendaring world. It provides an easy-to-use administration interface for developing custom calendars of many types, from simple event bulletin boards, to schedulers of human/physical resource availability, to schedulers which automatically take programmed actions. Users of a MightyCal site can choose to view calendars in a wide variety of formats on numerous devices, from standard HTML to PDF and WML. MightyCal's architecture combines the object-oriented web development of Zope with the XML transformation capabilities of Cocoon.

LinuDent is a dental practice management software
package that will run in X. The X version uses Tk
and tclkit, and is being developed under Linux. It
aims to duplicate all of the functionality of full
service dental management programs, while
remaining free to the community.

google-rfc-2445 is a Java implementation of RFC
2445 recurrence rules. RFC 2445 describes a scheme
for calendar interoperability. This project
implements core parts of RFC 2445, including a
parser for recurrence rules and date lists and a
mechanism for evaluating recurrence rules.

SamTodo is a simple PHP application that makes
managing a todo list as easy as possible. It
allows for a prioritized and categorized listing
of information ensuring that you won't forget
important tasks again. The source code is easy to
understand and the entire program is stylized
using CSS (so it can be easily adapted to your
needs). It only requires access to a Web server
that supports MySQL and PHP.

Rachota is a small application for those who work
with computers on a daily basis and are curious
how efficiently they use their time. It is
basically a scheduler that measures how much time
one spends on pre-defined tasks during the day.
The data can be used later for evaluation or
generation of reports, e.g. for managers.

rtmom is a client for "Remember the Milk" (http://www.rememberthemilk.com/). It is based on Elementary.

oz2remind is a tool to convert OpenZaurus Opie
calendar XML files to Remind format, or vice-versa.

CalCore is an advanced, flexible calendaring
component for Python. It allows the Python
developer to write advanced calendaring
applications either using their own event storage
or integrating with external calendar servers. It
features support for private calendars, shared
calendars, resource booking, integration with
iCalendar clients (Apple iCal, Mozilla Sunbird,
KOrganizer) using the iCalendar protocol,
invitation workflow, meeting support, including
helper functions to look for free time, and
recurring event support. It is being used as the
core of Nuxeo's CalZope and CPSSharedCalendar
products.

rem2ics will convert the output of "remind -s"
into correct RFC2445 iCalendar format.

Lukkari is a J2ME/MIDP application that allows you
to view and edit your weekly course schedule. It
can handle overlapping courses, run on a wide
range of devices and screen resolutions, and
import and export the schedule via HTTP or SMS.

Simple PHP agenda is a small, versatile tool to
replace your paper agenda. It has features similar
to a normal paper version, but has some additional
advantages because of its online implementation.

Webplan is a small Web tool for resource or shift
planning. Several teams can mange their shifts,
and administrators can easily identify open gaps
for important shifts. Vacation planning is also
supported, and the program is administrable via a
Web interface.
