PHP Gift Registry is a a Web-enabled
database/wishlist that allows members to keep
track of the gifts they'd like to receive and see
what items other members would like to receive.
Private reservations ensure gifts are not bought
twice.

Mod_survey is an Apache mod_perl module which
allows users to create their own Web
questionnaires using an XML-based tag notation. It
supports exporting of data into several file
formats, including SPSS syntax, semi-colon
delimited fields, and SQL script. It also provides
limited support for descriptive statistics of the
submitted data, and stylesheet customizations of
layout.

PPCIS is a portable, modular, intranet system. It
features a news page with topic filtering, user
submission, and admin authorisation, a directory
with support for internal lists, external
contacts, and Web links, a helpdesk, with call
logging, history, and a F.A.Q. database, and a
file store, with hierarchical file storage and
group-based security. There are several levels of
administrative rights, meaning that different
people can be responsible for maintaining
different parts of the system. The system has a
centrally configured colour scheme and logo, so
rebranding is easy.

HTML::Mason is a full-featured web site development and delivery system. Mason allows web pages and sites to be constructed from shared, reusable building blocks called components. Components contain a mix of Perl and HTML, and can call each other and pass values back and forth like subroutines. Components increase modularity and eliminate repetitive work. HTML::Mason is most powerful when used in conjunction with mod_perl, but can be used in standalone applications as well.

FCKEditor's file manager and uploader. TinyFCK
combines the advantages of TinyMCE's features with a
free file manager.

txt2html is a Perl program that uses the HTML::TextToHTML perl module to convert plain text to HTML. It supports headings, lists, tables, simple character markup, hyperlinking and is highly customizable. It recognizes some of the apparent structure of the source document (mostly whitespace and typographic layout) and attempts to mark that structure explicitly using HTML.

HTML_ToPDF takes the hassle out of generating a PDF file from a Web page. It will convert any HTML document into a format that will look the same on any platform and printer. It includes support for converting images, using the stylesheets to customize the look of the PDF file, and error handling.
