Problem for Open the File (2005-11-27 18:28 by jasonlu88 #18075)

Hi All:

I faced a problem to extract the zip file download from this site. Due to my computer is
pure English application, Is there anywhere I can
find the English version code as well as English
Doc about this project.
I am also working on GEM/SECS relate project now,
I believe this project will give me great help.
