The macro UNREFERENCED_PARAMETER is defined in winnt.h, which is apparently indirectly referred to from main-win.c. However I can't seem to link winnt.h directly.
I have defined UNREFERENCED_PARAMETER in defines.h, but this does mean that at warning level 4 there will be the following warning.

This warning is of no consequence (hence priority 1) but it would be nice if I knew how to get rid of it.
