A debug command generated Ring of Speed will have the flag TR3_AFRAID as well as the flag TR0_SPEED1. Similar problems with other flags.

Partially fixed. It looks like this was originally two separate bugs.

Possibly flags3 (TR3_***) is not being initialized to zero?

Ring of speed did not have TR3_AFRAID when k_info data was originally loaded. It did when ring was generated with debug command. Debug command generation not working??
