During usage of the application, I've encountered a bug. When I save Polish letters (like ą, ź, ś, etc.) in the who-is-who.txt file, they are not decoded correctly, and - as a result - they are incorrectly displayed to the user.

you have to save the file in local encoding, not utf8

It does not work (https://ibb.co/Gk3gmry). Besides, UTF-8 is generally used in Poland. But in UTF-8, one byte is lost (https://ibb.co/PNF7BS3).
