096のFDKで、CSound.t再生位置を変更する()が、BASS使用時かつPlaySpeed!=1.000の時のときに正しく動作しない。シーク位置を誤る。

再生速度や再生周波数を考慮する必要有り。

なおこの機能は現在のDTXManiaでは使用していないため、現行DTXManiaでこの問題が表面化することはない。
