プラグインや補助ツールからDTXMania本体の機能を使用できるようにするため、本体の以下のクラスのスコープをinternalでなくpublicにしてほしい。

• DTXManiaプロジェクト/コード/スコア、曲/CDTX.cs で定義されている CDTX
• DTXManiaプロジェクト/コード/スコア、曲/CBoxDef.cs で定義されている CBoxDef

trunkではchnmr0さんにより既に実現済み。

branchでは、yyagiによりrev940で実現済み。

なお、これらのpublic化に伴い、C定数のEAVI種別, EBGA種別も合わせてpublicとしている。
