Ethna_Controller を Ethna_Controller_SOAP, 及び、 Ethna_Controller_CLI に分割するべきと思われる。理由は以下の通り。

1. Ethna_Controller が肥大化している
2. Ethna_Controller 内で switch で処理を分割しており、異なる役割の実装が1クラスで行われている
3. 設定を変更する際にもクラスが別になっていた方が都合良く処理できる
