CBLM is a high performance latency (one-way
and round-trip), packet loss, and jitter
monitoring probe. When run on two or more
servers, a full mesh of connections is
automatically set up between the probes,
between which UDP packets are transmitted.
Statistics are collected and stored within a
MySQL database.

Transmit and receive threads have been modified to use a single socket each. select() is used for send and receive. Different ToS markings must now be specified as separate arguments. There are DSCP and precedence options in addition to ToS for easier use. Support has been added for setting priority at the same time as ToS, DSCP, or precedence. This allows vconfig to set the VLAN priority separately from the ToS marking. TTL and fragment knobs have been added. The PHP frontend has been updated.
