Cheyenne Weblog implements some of the standards-based technology that
is missing from most blogging tools. It features XHTML 1.0-compliant
output, so you can apply XSLTs or feed the output to an XML publishing
framework like Cocoon. It uses LDAP for authentication. It generates
an RSS feed which includes the dc date element. It includes XSLTs for
rendering the RDF in portals like Cocoon and Tibco.
