Description du projet

METAGRAF is a graphical editor for creating figures in MetaPost. It is currently able to draw any kind of figure in b/w or color. METAGRAF outputs a MetaPost file which can then be run through MetaPost by itself or using TeX. The program is written in Java and is thus platform-independent.

L'éditeur de texte a été totalement repensé. Barres de défilement et les curseurs ont été ajoutées pour le déplacement des dessins. Photos et images sont désormais inclus sur les dessins. Le bouton droit de la souris peut maintenant être utilisée pour remplacer le bouton SET / RESET. De grandes améliorations ont été apportées sur la sauvegarde et la récupération des fichiers. Extérieures des fichiers PostScript sont maintenant inclus, bien que cela en est encore à un stade alpha. De nouveaux objets et un système de clonage ont été ajoutés. The text editor was totally redesigned. Scrollbars and sliders were added for
moving drawings. Pictures/images are now included on drawings. The right mouse
button can now be used to substitute button SET/RESET. Big improvements were
made on saving and recovering files. External PostScript files are now
included, though this is still in an alpha stage. New objects and a clone
system were added. A new way of working with groups was added, and it is now
possible to attach groups.

A small bug has been removed from version 1.1.0. The Spanish User's Manual has been rewritten and the English version has been updated.

Cette deuxième version de METAGRAF-2D a beaucoup d'améliorations par rapport à la première. Dûment emballés avec des instructions d'installation et manuel de l'utilisateur, en espagnol et en anglais, les utilisateurs trouveront maintenant parfaitement l'échelle de zoom et de défilement, de nouveaux objets et les moyens de créer leur propre bibliothèque de graphiques, des macros, et une façon harmonieuse de la distribution, le déplacement et le redimensionnement objets, texte et du texte mathématique. Une nouvelle version du Manuel de l'utilisateur est en préparation et sera mis à jour bientôt.
This second version of METAGRAF-2D has a lot of improvements over the first one. Fully packaged with install instructions and User's Manual, both in Spanish and English, the users will now find perfectly scaled zoom and scrollbars, new objects and ways of creating their own library of graphics-macros, and a smooth way of distributing, moving and resizing objects, text, and mathematical text. A new version of the User's Manual is being prepared and will be updated soon.
