easily create network programs. This library
provides features for Ethernet, IPv4, IPv6, UDP, TCP, ICMP, ARP, and RARP protocols. It supports
spoofing, sniffing, client, and server creation.
Furthermore, netwib contains high level functions
dealing with data handling.
