Major feature enhancements
This release adds Excel downloading, improved searching, and many
bugfixes. Smarty templates have been replaced with PHP/HTML templates.
Bugs avec des e-mails sont pas envoyées à des changements de bogues ont été corrigés. La mise en œuvre gettext a été fixée. La sélection journaliste lors de la création d'un bug a été corrigé. Quelques bouts de la transition smarty ont été nettoyés.
