preparing PostScript documents and programs. The
language is procedural, and uses classical control
structures (functions, loops, and conditional
statements) and commonly known data types
(numbers, arrays, strings, and dictionaries). Its

compiler translates programs written in Post
Scriptum directly to a PostScript file, which can
