SPITS (Simple PHP Internet Traffic Shaping) is a
PHP Web Interface for managing traffic control
queueing disciplines (qdiscs) and classes.
Iptables rules are used in order to classify the
packets. It currently only supports few qdiscs and
iptables rules with few matches.
