Minor feature enhancements
Tint Emacs now has menus (hopefully this will make things easier for people who are new to emacs type editors). The documentation now fully covers programming in Tint.

A regular expression library called Carp has been added. This can be used in Tint and Tint Emacs, as well as other programs. Tint Emacs now includes support for recursive minibuffers.
