memberフォーラムで報告したsh2のコンパイルエラーを修正す
るためのパッチです。

修正内容は、ヒープメモリ関連ファイルの所在地の修正と
ヒープ関連オブジェクトファイルをリンクするようにしたこ
とです。
ほかのアーキ(少なくともh8/300 gcc およびその派生で作っ
たia32も)なんかでも、このファイルのリンクをしていないよ
うなのですが、ヒープ関連ファイルってリンクしないとまず
いのではないでしょうか？

ご指摘のとおりです。ブランチからマージの際、他CPUのmakefile
修正が漏れておりました。
