\patchcmd\@begindocumenthook{\tate}{\tate}{\@ltj@@geometry@tatetrue}{}%

が動かないようです。（従来の LaTeX2e 2019-10-01 でも，\usepackage{lltjp-geometry} より前に \usepackage{expl3} な場合はダメみたい。）

\usepackage{geometry}
