Step 1: Convert MBOX to PST
There are several third-party tools available that can convert MBOX files to PST. One such tool is "Kernel for MBOX to PST Converter." You can follow these general steps:

Download and Install MBOX to PST Converter:
Download and install a reliable MBOX to PST conversion tool.

Add MBOX Files:
Launch the tool and add the MBOX files you want to convert.

Preview and Select Folders:
Preview the contents of MBOX files and select the folders you want to export.

Set PST as the Output Format:
Choose PST as the output format for conversion.

Specify a Destination:
Set the destination path for the PST file.

Initiate the Conversion:
Start the conversion process.

Access the PST File:
Once the conversion is complete, locate and access the generated PST file.

Step 2: Import PST File to Office 365
Now that you have a PST file, you can use the Microsoft 365 Import Service to upload it to Office 365. Here's how:

Prepare for Import:
Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Set up Azure AzCopy:
Download and install Azure AzCopy, a command-line utility for uploading PST files.

Create an Import Job:
In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to "Security" > "Compliance" > "Data governance."
Click on "Import" and then "New Import Job."

Complete the Import Job Wizard:
Follow the wizard to create a new import job, providing details such as the job name, PST file location, and other settings.

Upload PST Files:
Use Azure AzCopy to upload the PST files to the Azure storage location specified during the import job setup.

Submit the Import Job:
Go back to the import job wizard and submit the job.

Monitor the Import Job:
Monitor the import job's progress in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The process may take some time.

Complete the Import:
Once the import is complete, you'll receive a notification. You can then complete the process to import the data into the respective Office 365 mailboxes.
