44文字以上の日本語ファイル名のシステムファイルを使用すると、ログファイル名としてエンコードされた文字列が260文字を超え、PathTooLongExceptionが発生する。上限はあってもいいのだが、もう少し長い日本語ファイル名を扱えるようにしたい

r468で直しました。何のためにURLエンコードしていたのか忘れていてr467で取り去ってしまったのですが、サブディレクトリのシステムを実行できないことに気付いて直しました。
