Hi Alli Our customers have been using an app which is linked to the rubycocoa framework on Leopard, which has RubyCocoa 0.13.1 installed, and I'm not sure what version of MacRuby. Most of them are not programmers and would probably have no reason to upgrade the libraries beyond what is shipped with the system. I don't think we have yet seen any crashes on Snow Leopard which uses RubyCocoa 0.13.2, but I have no idea how many users we have using that OS. I have asked one of our customers who seems to get this problem a lot to download RubyCocoa 1.0.0 and see if the problem persists. I'll do the same for any others who report these issues over the next week and I should end up with at least some empirical proof of whether this fixes the problem. We probably get a couple of crash reports a day from people with this problem, so although that's a very small proportion of our customer base, it's still the most common crash report by far. I'll post to the list if it appears to fix the problem.
