Hello, I’ve more or less finished the German translation after some time... it was much harder than I thought :D I neither knew what some things meant nor did I find them in a dictionary, so I left some strings untranslated. If some German user reads this, could he check the translation? I may have translated some strings a bit unnaturally. Ah, and I have a question regarding a feature of scim-anthy: Is it somehow possible to enter 旧字体 (The old, not-simplified Kanji, used before ww2)? I have a list of the correspondent kanji, but it’s inconvenient to enter the unicode value manually all the time. I know they are no longer used in Japan, but what if someone wants to enter an old text in its original? And, apart from that, for personal use because I like the old Kanji :D Maybe this could be done by an additional feature in the list where you choose between hiragana, Katakana and so on. That would not interrupt the normal input method with some outdated kanji. I think it would only need a conversion table, e.g. if the input method wants to choose 国, it would then choose 國.
