It's quite simple to install
Please, download the package from http://sourceforge.net/projects/mogwai/files/Mogwai%20ER-Designer%20NG/ Go to terminal and type this:
java -jar mogwai-erdesignerng-3.0.0-M7-SNAPSHOT-standard.jar Click next, next and choose the install path after installation finished go to the installed folder adn type "sh run.sh" ..enjoy the Application thanks
