再現条件

set要素に、dur属性を"indefinite"など設定して、単純継続時間を設定するか、あるいは活動継続時間を設定したとき。IE 11 (Win 7 HP) アニメーションが動作しない不具合

終了条件

set要素に、どのような正規のdur属性、end属性の値を設定しても、アニメーションが仕様どおりに動作したとき

SMILアニメーションの仕様では

SMILアニメーションの仕様を見ると、

If AD is indefinite, it compares greater than any value of o or ABS(o).

と書いてあったり、活動継続時間が不定であるはずのset要素でアニメーションが動作するような例示（http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-smil-animation-20010904/#setElement を参照) があることなどから、継続時間が不定でも、作動すると解釈

解決方法
