2.10.3でruby bindingがビルドしない
skf 2.10.3でruby binding（だけではないと思います）がビルドしません。

ENABLEDEPRECATEDの処理関連と思います。
これ自体は当該部分を消すだけでいいんですけど、skf.c は今手元のソースを他のところも直した関係で単体リリースできない状況です。ちょっと待ってください。
とりあえず 2.10.4 をリリースしました。本件は修正しています。
2.10.4でビルドできることを確認しました。有り難うございます。
