再現手順は下記の通り。

1. 「http://slashdot.jp/search.pl 」にアクセス（各画面の検索フォームでも可）
2. 「C#」をキーワードに検索
3. 最初の検索は正常に表示されるので、「次の 10 個 »」のリンクを押下する
4. URLは「http://slashdot.jp/search.pl?q=C#&op=stories&start=10 」となっており、「C#」がキーワードになっているように見えるが、検索結果とフォーム上に表示されている文字は「C」になっている

チケットシステムのバグを踏んで、いったん close してしまいました…。

これは、リンク URL 中の「#」がエスケープされていないのが問題ですね。 修正します。
