Dear Shady, As far as I know the PayPal gateway is only availabe in English. This should be a good idea for Paypal to make a gateway in Japanese as it is for obvious reasons quite logical that the Payment gateway should be in Japanese as well when the OSC webshop is in Japanese. You should contact Paypal and point this out to them. I have encountered the same problem as I am designing a shop at the moment and I still have to ask my Japanese clients to walk through the paypal English gateway.
