Yes. TOMOYO_VERBOSE=disabled will suppress the messages.

You can append

0-TOMOYO_VERBOSE=disabled
1-TOMOYO_VERBOSE=disabled
2-TOMOYO_VERBOSE=disabled
3-TOMOYO_VERBOSE=disabled

to /etc/tomoyo/profile.conf (if you are using TOMOYO 2.2.0) or
to /etc/ccs/profile.conf (if you are using TOMOYO 1.x), and
reload the profile.conf using "ccs-loadpolicy p"
(or reboot the system using "reboot").
