新規インストールの直後、必須及びその他のモジュールのイ
ンストールを行なう為のフォームからインストールを行なう
のですが、必須モジュールのインストールは完了しません。

\xoopscube\modules\base\preload\SiteClose\SiteClose.cla
ss.php Line 45
[code] $installer->execute(); [/code]
でインストールの実行が行われていないかも知れませんね。
[code] $installer->_installModule(); [/code]
と関数名を直書きするとインストールが行われるようです。
