「リリースファイル・リスト」で全角文字が使用できません。
「パッケージ」で使うと「リリースメモ」「変更履歴」が
登録・表示されず、「リリース」に使うとファイルを
アップデートできません。
仕様でなければ、対応をよろしくお願い致します。

パッケージ名・リリース名は，リリースメモと変更履歴の URL に
利用するため，全角文字（マルチバイト文字）は利用できません．
ということで，仕様です．半角英数字のみ利用するようにして
ください．

パッケージ・リリースの編集画面に注意書きを載せるように
しました．また，エラー処理が入っていませんでしたので，
エラー処理を入れるようにします．
＃タイトルを変えて，種別をバグに変更します．

ファイルリリースの編集で，パッケージ名とリリース名にマルチバ
イト文字が入ったときにエラーが出るようにする．

パッケージ名や、バージョンに空白スペースを混ぜると、
http://sourceforge.jp/new/
のリリースメモや、変更履歴が見られなくなるようです。

ので、あわせて空白スペースの処理も考えていただけないでしょうか

不正な文字を入れたときにリリースを作ることができないように
修正しました．
