GOIM (Gamers Own Instant Messenger) is a full
featured jabber / XMPP client with special
features (extensions) for gamers. (e.g.
broadcasting a notification when you join a
server, or seeing which games others play and
joining them with one click on the game icon
beside their name).

Ce communiqué ajoute le support pour l'auto-détection des jeux installés (sur Win32), modifie l'apparence de la fenêtre principale (la barre de menu est maintenant masqué par défaut et il utilise le style d'outils), et ajoute un nouvel assistant «premier départ», qui introduit de nouveaux utilisateurs à GOIM, met en place un compte Jabber, et détecte les jeux installés. Elle corrige aussi divers bogues (par exemple d'autoriser de nouveaux contacts, renouer fenêtres des canaux MUC, etc.)

This release adds support for autodetecting installed games (on Win32), changes the appearence of the main window (the menu bar is now hidden by default and it uses the TOOL style), and adds a new 'first start wizard' which introduces new users to GOIM, sets up a jabber account, and detects installed games. It also fixes various bugs (e.g. authorizing new contacts, reconnecting MUC channel windows, etc.).
