Description du projet

K3b is a CD and DVD burning application for Linux systems optimized for KDE. It provides a comfortable user interface to perform most CD/DVD burning tasks, such as creating an audio CD from a set of audio files or copying a CD. While the experienced user can influence all steps of the burning process, the beginner may find comfort in the automatic settings and the reasonable defaults which allow a quick start. The actual burning is done by the command line utilities cdrecord, cdrdao, and growisofs.

CD à chargement par du texte dans des projets audio a été fixée. De petites améliorations ont été apportées aux fonctions de l'appareil de détection. Rédaction de détection de vitesse a été améliorée à nouveau. Avertissements ne sont plus affichés lorsque cdrecord racine n'est pas suid sur le noyau Linux 2.6.8 et supérieur. K3bSetup supprime maintenant le bit suid root sur les systèmes avec le noyau Linux 2.6.8 et supérieur. K3bSetup définit désormais également les autorisations adéquates sur les périphériques génériques. Manipulation du segment de démarrage de charge de 0 pour «aucun» des images d'émulation de démarrage a été fixée.

Cd-Text loading in audio projects was fixed. Small
improvements were made to the device capabilities
detection. Writing speed detection was improved
again. Warnings are no longer displayed when
cdrecord is not suid root on Linux kernel 2.6.8
and above. K3bSetup now removes the suid root bit
on systems with Linux kernel 2.6.8 and above.
K3bSetup now also sets the proper permissions on
the generic devices. Handling of boot load segment
0 for "none-emulation" boot images was fixed.
