string vulnerability was fixed. New options were
added in ./config. A fourth method of hostmask
crypting was added (VWorld). The %d%h%m%s format
for /raw sline ADD was added. The %d%h%m%s format
for /gline ADD was added. Some fixes were made to
the ./configure script.

There are some fixes in SSL connection. The beginnings of dynamic configuration have been added (the network name can be set now). There is an option for hiding usermode +qau in ./include/options.h (disabled by default). The option --disable-encryption has been fixed.
