mp3splt is a command-line utility that splits
MP3, Ogg vorbis, and native FLAC files at specified times without decoding and re-encoding. It works with Mp3Wrap and AlbumWrap files and has a silence detection split mode, a cue mode and a "cddb source" mode. Libmp3splt is a library created from mp3splt. Mp3splt-gtk is a GTK3 GUI that uses libmp3splt.

Ceci est la version mp3splt utilisant d'abord libmp3splt. Il vérifie les compatibilités entre les options. 'M-' pour le mp3 STDIN. This is the first mp3splt version using libmp3splt. It checks for compatibilities between options. 'm-' for mp3 STDIN. The ability to specify the server and port for freedb search (now using tracktype.org by default). The original id3v1 MP3 tags are kept in the split files, as are Ogg Vorbis tags. Add custom tags with the new '-g' option. The '-o' option now creates the specified directories if the '-d' option is not specified. A '-Q' option enables the '-q' option and does not print anything to STDOUT. An '-i' option for counting the number of silence split points.
