Description du projet

peak-o-mat is a data analysis and curve fitting program. It was designed to fit spectroscopic data but should be suited for any other fitting task. It allows for clearing, transforming, fitting, calibrating, etc. of spectra with few mouse clicks. It can be scripted using the Python language and can be extended by writing modules.

Il s'agit d'une pré-version du pic-o-mat 1.0. L'interface a été complètement redessinée et le code a été nettoyé. Soutien à Numeric a été abandonnée en faveur de numpy 1.0. This is a pre-release of peak-o-mat 1.0. The GUI has been completely redesigned and the code has been cleaned up. Support for Numeric has been dropped in favour of numpy 1.0. New features can be added easily by writing your own modules. The fit now includes confidential intervals for the parameters, and error weights may be specified.
