The pirate! Javascript Library is a feature rich
library and API that allows JavaScript developers
to write reusable objects in a controlled
environment. It provides namespace separation,
controllable object inheritance, and a structured
module/package management system, and has an
unusual pirate-themed syntax that makes
programming fun again.

Two Pirate Notifications were added to Pirate.Ship for Ship.Load and Ship.Complete. A custom pirate! event system was added (Pirate.Watch && Pirate.Notify). All of the global function handles that pirate.js was providing were removed. The only one that still exists is Try. In the future, only Ships should do anything to the global scope.
