Minor feature enhancements
Parameters have been added for 5167 Avery stock. Many new Avery parameters have been added. A new parameter set, 'freetype', has been added to allow the user to place a text string anywhere they want. The particular use is for numbering the pages. Code now escapes the special PostScript characters (){}<>/% in the input so that they will print properly and not crash the PS interpreter.
