Seafile is a file synchronization and collaboration platform. It comes with Dropbox-like file syncing, but is designed to be better suited to teamwork. You can build a file syncing and collaboration service for your team on your servers. It can also be used to build your own Dropbox for personal use.

Cette version inclut deux améliorations importantes : une API Web pour soutenir les clients mobiles et la possibilité pour un propriétaire admin ou la bibliothèque définir la longueur de l'histoire de garder. Autres caractéristiques : affichage de l'heure de modification de fichiers, la possibilité d'obtenir un lien de partage d'un répertoire et meilleur support pour HTTPS.
