Description du projet

tk500 is a multiplatform programming and cloning utility for the portable Yaesu VR-500 receiver. It can read the memory image from the radio, display the information graphically, and save it to a file. It can import information from an RT Systems .RDF file and export memory channel information to a .CSV (comma-separated values) file. Users are free to change most settings and write the memory image back to the receiver. tk500 exploits undocumented features within the radio.

Les améliorations incluent la fréquence et de contrôles mode pour 10 fréquences de la Garde. Ce sont les sélections préprogrammées pour le Preset canal 0. La logique en mode amélioré a été modifié pour permettre à la radio de se souvenir du MNA et de l'utilisateur menus port même après avoir utilisé le mode de préréglage. Si la radio est désigné comme une exportation ou une version japonaise, tk500 ne sera plus en garde des fréquences qui sont bloqués dans la version USA.

Improvements include new frequency and mode controls for 10 Guard frequencies. These are the preprogrammed selections for Preset channel 0. The Enhanced mode logic has been changed to permit the radio to remember the NAM and User Port menus even after using Preset mode. If the radio is designated as an Export or Japanese version, tk500 will no longer warn of frequencies which are blocked in the USA version.
